Description

Visit to Redshanks In Appledore this month to say hello and try out her cafe. This will be a ride on the Tarka trail so mostly flat. Starting in Barnstaple, riding down past Instow and then over the bridge into Appledore. There is a Tarka car park which is free on sunday (may be busy, if no spaces then I recommend the Belle Meadows Car park). We will meet in the Tarka car park at 10.00am.
The ride will be about 16-18 miles with the option of extending it to visit Braunton if wanted.
