Axe Valley Pedallers - Rides & Events

IMPORTANT - Please note that the meeting point has now changed from Montgomery's Hotel to St. Paul's Church just a few yards up the road.  The start time is 10am

AVP and the newly formed HCC join together for a friendly and leisurely Sunday ride out to Escot House.

I've devised this Sunday's ride so there is a longer and a shorter route available to and back from our destination so there are plenty of options to suit all abilities.  Both rides will be ridden at a leisurely pace and no one will be left behind.

If you choose to take both the longer routes to and from Escot you'll cover about 27 miles but if you wish to take the shorter route back and forth you cover about 12 miles.  For anyone wanting to cover something in between you can mix and match a short with a long route to do a distance you're happy with.  Nevis will be leading the longer ride and Maureen from HCC has kindly offered to lead the shorter route.

Whichever route you choose there should be some tasty cakes and a warm drink waiting from you at Escot

Free car parking is available in the car parks on both New Street and Dowell street.
